- We will ask about timeline, budget range, and any must-haves.
- If it sounds like a good fit, we schedule an on-site visit.
On-Site Consultation & Measurements
- We visit your home and walk the space together.
- We take precise measurements and discuss layout options.
- We review material samples, finishes, and design ideas.
- We flag anything that may need coordinated trades (plumbing, electrical).
Detailed Scope & Written Estimate
- You receive a clear, written estimate covering scope, materials, labor, and schedule.
- No vague line items — you will know exactly what is included.
- We walk through it together so you can ask questions before committing.
- Adjustments are easy at this stage — we want you to feel confident.
Build Week(s) with Daily Updates
- Work starts on the agreed date. We show up on time, every time.
- You receive a daily update — photo or message — so you always know where things stand.
- We protect your home: floors covered, dust barriers up, clean-up every day.
- If anything changes, we discuss it with you before proceeding.
Final Walkthrough & Care Instructions
- We walk through the finished project together, item by item.
- We make sure every detail meets your expectations before we call it done.
- You receive written care instructions — especially for tile, grout, and natural wood.
- We are available for follow-up questions after the project wraps.

How We Price Projects
Fixed Bid
When the scope is clear, you get a fixed price. Materials, labor, and timeline — all in writing before work begins. No surprises.
Time + Materials
For projects with unknowns (demo reveals, custom fabrication), we bill transparently by the hour plus materials at cost. You approve any changes before they happen.
Change Orders
If anything changes during the build — scope additions, material swaps, or unexpected conditions — we discuss it with you first, agree on the cost and timeline impact, and get your approval in writing before proceeding.
